Fern answers
A customer calls the florist. If no one picks up, Fern answers in a warm, natural voice and says it's an automated assistant.
Fern takes the request
It answers questions from the shop's own information and takes the order request: arrangement, date, delivery address and card message.
You decide
The owner gets a text and approves or declines. The customer hears back only after the shop decides.
You stay in control
Fern never confirms an order, a price or a delivery on its own. Every request waits for you.
- Keep your own phone number. You choose which calls forward to Fern: when you're busy, after hours, or when no one answers.
- Quotes only the shop's own prices, fees and policies, and never guesses.
- Treats funeral and sympathy orders as urgent; sends weddings and events to the owner as callbacks.
- No card numbers are taken over the phone. Payment stays between the shop and its customer.

Pricing
First month free
Including orders and minutes. No card needed to start. If you don't continue, Fern simply stops and nothing is charged.
- $5 for each order you accept. Order fees stop at $199 a month. Declined requests and call-backs are free.
- 150 call minutes included each month, then $0.25 a minute.
- Plus HST. Billed after each month, for the month just finished. Cancel any time from your Fern account.
Text messages and privacy
Calls are answered by an automated assistant and recorded so orders are taken correctly. Callers are told this at the start of every call.
Text messages are sent only about an order request the caller placed (for example, "we received your request" and "the shop confirmed your order"), and only to callers who agreed to receive them. Shop owners receive texts about new order requests for their shop. We do not send marketing texts.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Message and data rates may apply. Personal information is used only to handle the order request and is not sold or shared for marketing.
